Getting to base
You don't need to — transfer is included in every booking. But if you're driving yourself, this is where to point the car.
From the Medina, take Avenue Mohammed VI to Bab Ighli, then the Route de Guemassa south-west. After about 20 km the tarmac opens onto the plateau and you'll see the base sign on the left. Roughly 30 minutes without traffic, 45 at the end of the afternoon.
Coming from one of the Agafay camps, tell us which one when you book — most are 10 to 15 minutes from us and pick-up is included.
Before you message
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp. It's answered between 08:00 and 22:00 Morocco time, usually within a few minutes. Email is answered the same day but not always the same hour.
Can I book for tomorrow morning?
Usually yes. Same-day and next-day bookings are easier by WhatsApp than through the form, because we can tell you straight away what is still free.
Do you work with hotels and agencies?
Yes. If you place regular groups we'll set you up with fixed net rates and a direct line to the dispatcher rather than the public booking form. Email us with your volumes.
